How do I know what training course to take?
Please contact the Admissions Office directly at [email protected] for guidance on how to decide which training course would best fit your current situation.
Can SkillsFuture Credit be used to pay for or offset the course fee?
Our courses are not covered under any SkillsFuture scheme currently. But, we are constantly working with relevant agencies to secure future subsidies.
I didn't receive an email after applying for a course. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder before writing to [email protected] one day after registering for a course.
My application has a typographical error. What should I do?
If you notice an error in your course application, please contact the Admissions team at [email protected] to inform them about the error so that it can be rectified.
Is there a dress code for practical lessons?
You must be in proper attire. Failure to follow will not be allowed to attend the practical lesson and fees paid will not be refunded.
How do I book my lessons?
You may book your lessons online through our booking portal.
Trainees who are enrolling for UAPL Training on Helicopter must let us know your availability.
What happens if I have insufficient session credits to complete the course?
You will need to purchase additional session credits online through our learning portal.
When can I book UAPL Practical Assessment?
You have to pass a theory test administered by CAAS and send us your result before you’re allowed to book the UAPL Practical Assessment.

What must I bring for my Class A (rotorcraft) practical assessment
The following document(s) must be produced on the practical assessment date:
- Personal identification document (i.e. original NRIC or passport)
- Digital UAPL (if any)
Failure to produce any of the documents on your practical assessment date will result in a failing grade, and all fees paid will not be refunded.

What are the modes of payment accepted?

Corporate applicants may request for an invoice.
Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
Our website has an SSL certificate which is required to process electronic payments. Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256-bit security protocol. Also, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.
What will happen to the fees paid if I missed the lesson due to unforeseen circumstances?
The fees paid will be forfeited and no refund will be granted.
Are there any additional fees that are not covered within the course fees?
The course fees does not include the following:
- UAPL Theory Test – $125.00
- UAPL Application – $500.00 (Valid for 4 years)
The fees above are payable directly to CAAS and not to us.
Please note that the course fees stated, assumes the trainee is able to complete the necessary modules within the standard package. If additional training sessions are required, they can be purchased on a single session basis.
What is the UATO.SG refund policy?
UATO.SG by Garuda Robotics has a strict no-refund policy. All courses and module credits are not eligible for a refund once payment has been processed.
