About the Proficiency Check
The UA05 proficiency check is for existing UA pilots who wish to remove the weight limitation from their Class A (Rotorcraft) UAPL limited to multi-rotor up to 7kg only.
Candidates must demonstrate sufficient proficiency in the operation of multi-rotor UAs up to 25kg in order to pass this proficiency check.
The UAPL proficiency check comprises:

– 1 flight proficiency check by an Authorised Flight Examiner: small and large multi-rotor UAs up to 25kg
